Over the years, the Colorado Respite Coalition (CRC) has had wonderful opportunities to create connections and long lasting partnerships with various agencies, non-profits organizations, and businesses in Colorado.  We are very aware of the power of like-minded individuals coming together and working towards a common goal, respite care. Easter Seals Colorado (ESC) - Lynn Robinson, President & CEO

  • For partnering with CRC and playing a vital role in establishing community partnerships and launching a successful respite model – Discovery Club, in multiple locations in the Denver Metro Region. 
  • ESC and CRC are full partners in the design, implementation, and evaluation of the Lifespan Respite Care Project.

JFK Partners – Corry Robinson, Ph.D., R.N., B.S.

  • 2007 -  Assigned a staff member, Tracy Price-Johnson, to participate in quarterly CRC meetings and add support & expertise when needed
  • 2008 - 2012 For providing financial assistance allowing the CRC facilitators to attend annual National & International Respite Care conferences
  • 2010 - 2012 For supporting CRC website expansion
  • 2012 – For assigning a student intern to develop Respite Locator and assist with other website-related projects

Chronic Care Collaborative (CCC)

  • 2010 - Partnership between Chronic Care Collaborative and CRC began upon receiving a three-year federal grant and forming the Colorado Respite Care Program
  • 2015 - Intergral in the support of the Respite Care Task Force legislation and eventual passing of HB15-1233
