DESCRIPTION:When discussing the process of aging\, the focus is often on the physical aspects of aging – internal and external changes. Granted\, to age well\, we must be proactive in sustaining and maintaining physical wellness. In like fashion\, cognitive health is equally as important. However\, fewer people are proactive about their cognitive health. This is due in part to a lack of understanding as to what is required to stay cognitively sharp. So\, let’s take some time to ponder the naturally occurring cognitive changes associated with the aging process.
