DESCRIPTION:Connection is the Medicine Foundation\, Lead with Love and CASA of the Ninth Present A Monthly Support and Care Group for Caregivers \n\n\n\n\nAre you a caregiver who is feeling depleted and could use some love and support? \nJoin us for a nurturing 90 minutes of light movement\, meditation\, breathing and sharing brought to you by skilled facilitators called to care for caregivers like you! \nNo experience necessary. No proof of caregiving; this is open to anyone. \nRegistration is required and space is limited to 20. \nSponsored by your friends at CASA\, Lead with Love and Connection is the Medicine Foundation. \n*A small attendance fee has been added to support commitment and care for this offering. As this gathering has become quite popular and often fills quickly\, we’ve experienced an increase in last-minute no-shows. We kindly ask that you register with intention\, and if your plans change\, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer your spot to someone eagerly waiting. \nWe never want cost to be a barrier to participation.
