Is there standard/specific language we can use to avoid the need for multiple forms?
How much can be bridged with MOUs and data sharing agreements?
The state has forms approved by the AG for common referrals – can these be used
Universally?
Are there special considerations when it comes to email communications containing
HIPAA/FERPA sensitive information? Do these need to be encrypted? What online storage systems are HIPAA/FERPA compliant?
Can parental consent be given over the phone? Can non-legal guardians (e.g., grandparent attending appointment) sign on behalf of the parent in the presence of a verbal consent over the phone?
