Description

In this 6 week class, you will learn how to take better care of yourself, reduce your stress, and communicate more effectively.

When: Classes will take place on Friday mornings from 9:30am – 11:30am, from November 1, (kick-off and welcome session) to December 20, 2019

Where: Our Saviour Lutheran Education Building Family Center, 6770 Monaco St., Commerce City, 80022

Who: Any grandparent who is raising a grandchild
