Connie McWilliams, MBA has more than 20 years of innovation and management experience in both corporate and nonprofit settings. She founded and developed a Denver home health agency in 1990 to become the owner-operator of the only Colorado agency that provided home health, outpatient rehabilitation, adult day care and senior transportation under one roof. Connie holds an MBA from DePaul University in Chicago and directed daily operations and management of 100+ employees in a multi-corporation setting.  As a consultant to health care businesses, Connie is dedicated to fostering a greater understanding of the implications of ethics and compliance in a rapidly changing health care environment.
