In-home care for older adults. PERSONAL CARE SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE TO ALL ELIGIBLE CLIENTS WHOSE HEALTH PROBLEMS CAUSE THEM TO BE FUNCTIONALLY LIMITED IN PERFORMING ACTIVITIES OF DAILY LIVING. Providing care for home bound patients.
In-home care for elderly or disabled individuals who want to maintain their independence and dignity by continuing to live in the comfort of their own homes. Our companions make their lives easier by performing many of the tasks which have become difficult and tiring.
Memory support community featuring a wide array of care options including secure memory support, skilled short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. Certified memory care staff provide residents with individualized service plans designed to meet their unique needs. The Allison Care Center works closely with the Rocky Mountain Alzheimer’s Association to offer an array of programming carefully designed to address challenges associated with memory impairment.
Day program for adults offing daily meals, assistance with ADL's, socialization, and activities.
Provides non-medical care for individuals or couples who need care and support, but prefer to remain at home. Personalized care is provided by our caregivers on a one-on-one basis in a broad array of day-to-day activities.
Provides intensive, one-on-one instruction using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. Our staff is highly trained and dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with autism by teaching important communication, academic, social, and daily living skills.
