Focusing on post-operative recovery, Life Care Center of Stonegate features a home-like environment where adults of all ages may rehabilitate after surgery or a hospital stay while regaining strength. We offer inpatient and outpatient physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy, as well as 24-hour skilled nursing care
