Elevate & Relate Group Starts

Join dementia coach and educator, Kay Adams, LCSW, for a a 7-week group coaching program designed to help us understand our own caregiving brains, so that we can work towards saying goodbye to guilt and self-blame as dementia care partners.
Group Coaching consists of:
- Seven 90-minute group sessions
- Limited to 10 group members
- Dates: March 2, March 9, March 16, March 23, March 30, April 6, and April 13, 2026
- Time: Mondays from 11:30 am-1:00 pm Mountain Time
- Location: Zoom
