Memory Cafe is a fun place to socialize, relax, and engage with people experiencing memory loss and their families/caregivers. Each cafe has a focus—such as music or art—to facilitate the main goal, which is a social connection for individuals with shared experiences.

Theme: Circle Singing with Roy Willey

Description: We’ll learn and sing along with some beautiful, simple songs from around the world, and we’ll invent some new songs together! Roy is an encouraging, inviting teacher and song leader who will keep you having fun while creating music with your voice and body. No singing experience required, and we won’t be reading music. Roy teaches in a call-and-response style that is fun and accessible to all.
