Memory Cafe is a fun place to socialize, relax, and engage with people experiencing memory loss and their families/caregivers. Each cafe has a focus—such as music or art—to facilitate the main goal, which is a social connection for individuals with shared experiences.

Description: Participants will explore a variety of dance concepts through movement inspired by animals and their unique ways of moving. Dancers might embody the strength of a bear, the fluid glide of a dolphin, or the poised elegance of a heron. Using animal imagery, participants will spark creativity and self-expression while developing spatial awareness, problem solving, and the strengthening of both body and brain.
