Navigating the Changes: Community First Choice in Colorado

Join PASCO’s Kara Delgado with special guest Emily Harvey for a virtual event to learn more about Community First Choice, Colorado’s newest Medicaid program. As part of Health First Colorado, CFC offers home and community-based services to support personal care, homemaking, and health maintenance activities, among others.
