GUIDE Program for Dementia Care
If your loved one has been diagnosed with dementia, ask about enrolling in the GUIDE Program, a pilot project that offers wraparound services for people living with dementia and their caregivers. The GUIDE Program is covered by traditional Medicare (not Medicare Advantage).
