Harmony Pointe Nursing Center specializes in support for individuals living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia through our specialized programming.
Our individualized person-centered Dementia Care services are designed using each resident’s life history as a foundation to provide therapeutic programming throughout the day. These activities may include:
