Personal Care Services, Companionship Services, Transportation, Respite Care (provided at the individual’s home or the home of a qualified respite provider. This service is provided to individuals on a short-term basis in the absence of a primary caregiver or to relieve the primary caregiver. Hourly supervision is less than 10 hours per day. Daily supervision is 10 or more hours per day.
