Description

We invite parents, family members, educators and young adults with I/DD 15+ to learn about topics related to post-secondary transition. This workshop is conducted by our chapter to assist parents and young adults to understand resources and planning for life after high school. A six-week series designed to empower families, caregivers, and educators to plan for life after high school. Participants are highly encouraged to attend as many sessions as possible.
