Camp Comfort

Camp serving grieving children through a supportive environment where they can gain an understanding of grief and loss. Children learn ways to cope with their grief through workshops and activities, building skills, Grief workshops are balanced with recreational activities like swimming, hiking, and fishing so children feel free to have fun and just be kids.

Camp Courage

Activities include fishing in an on-site pond, a zip-line, the Big Swing, high ropes course, archery, horseback riding, boating, camp crafts, and hiking. Camp Courage is housed at the Balarat Outdoor Education Center located near Jamestown Colorado, about 50 miles northwest of Denver.

Camp Paha

Paha Adults in Transition (PAT) is a summer day program experience tailored for young adults ages 18-25. In addition to leisure and recreation opportunities, PAT focuses on skill building and independence, developing work skills, self-advocacy, safety and life skill development. PAT participants engage in daily activities, and they plan for and go on field trips within the community.

Offering safe, challenging and fun leisure, recreational and educational opportunities for youth ages 6-17, Camp Paha provides an array of activities including swimming, sports, games, nature, music, drama, hiking, arts and crafts and field trips within the community. Camp Paha is licensed by the State of Colorado as a childcare program.

Summer camp for children facing pediatric cancer and their siblings. Camp offered at no cost to family. Camp is located at 7400 Highway 7, Estes Park, CO 80517.

Camp Zenith

Camp Zenith is a 5-day overnight camp for children ages 8-18 years who have sustained traumatic brain injuries at some point in their development. The Breckenridge Outdoor Education Center has proven to be an amazing place to hold this camp—both due to the beautiful resources and scenery, as well as a staff who comes prepared to work with children who have additional needs to have a successful week at camp.

Catholic Charities - Kinship Caregiver Program

The Kinship Caregiver Program at Catholic Charities supports caregivers of all cultural and faith backgrounds who are raising their relatives' children due to circumstances such as the death or illness of the biological parents, drug abuse, or incarceration. We offer monthly support groups, fun family events, special trainings, and individual resource referrals to kinship families in five counties: Denver, Arapahoe, Jefferson, Adams, and Douglas.
