Provides services for Children, under the following programs Children’s Extensive Support (CES) Waiver, Children With Autism (CWA) Waiver and the Family Support Services Program (FSSP) program. We also provide services for Adults under programs such as the Supported Living Services (SLS) Waiver, Developmental Disabilities (Comprehensive) Waiver and the Omnibus Reconciliation Act of 1967 (OBRA) Waiver. We provide Personal Care, Homemaker, Behavioral Supports, Respite Care, and Supported Community Connector services for both children and adults.

Community Connections' mission is to create opportunities for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to lead healthy and fulfilling lives within our community.
In-house Behavioral Services, Residential Services, Day and Seniors’ Choice activities, Family Caregiver, Supported Employment, Home and Community Support, and Pre-Vocational Employment. Continuum of Colorado's Elevate 365 program offers recreational, social and educational program that offers a variety of integrated activities to individuals three years of age and older.
The DDRC Works to create opportunities for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families to participate fully in their community. DDRC is the designated Community Centered Board for Jefferson, Gilpin, Clear Creek and Summit Counties serving children and adults with developmental disabilities and providing support to their families.
Dungarvin Colorado, LLC has been a Program Approved Service Agency since 1991 and currently provides services to over 275 adults and children throughout the state. Currently Dungarvin provides Person Centered Services in Host Homes, Family Care Giver settings, Semi-Independent Living settings, Children’s Foster Care, Behavioral Services and Supports, Day Services, and Supported Living Services nearly statewide
The purpose of Early Intervention Colorado is to enhance the development of infants and toddlers who have developmental delays and to enhance the families capacity to meet their child's special needs. Early Intervention Colorado provides support and services to these families in a natural environment within the families everyday routine activities and places.
A day for children and youth to explore and learn in a friendly social setting. Kids will meet new friends and enjoy recreational activities such as sports, games, singing, drama and much more. Discovery Club acts similar to child care allowing parents a break from caregiving and a chance for them to rest and recharge.
