Non-medical in-home care services for all ages.
Provids day habilitation services to developmentally disabled individuals who live in their homes. The function of day habilitation is to assist an individual to acquire and maintain those life skills that enable the individual to cope more effectively with the demands of independent living. Also to raise the level of the individual's physical, mental, social, and vocational functioning.
Adult day care services provide services to support seniors who desire to remain in their own private home as long as possible.
Activity Options creates customized activities, day programs and travel opportunities for Adults 18+ experiencing I/DD to discover or regain their personal power and health.
Adam’s Camp serves toddlers, children, youth, and adults with developmental delays or disabilities and their families. This program is not a match for those whose primary diagnosis is an emotional, behavioral, or psychiatric disorder.
Freedom through mobility. Adaptive Adventures provides progressive outdoor sports opportunities to improve quality of life for children, adults and veterans with physical disabilities and their families.
Denver Parks & Recreation (DPR) offers therapeutic programs for people with disabilities at any age. Through numerous leisure activities, Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialists (CTRS) and other DPR team members create opportunities to improve quality of life, foster independence and boost self-esteem.
Alexander Home Healthcare serves individuals with acute and long term care needs, as well as the pediatric and adult population with disabilities in Larimer, Weld and Boulder counties.
In-home care for elderly or disabled individuals who want to maintain their independence and dignity by continuing to live in the comfort of their own homes. Our companions make their lives easier by performing many of the tasks which have become difficult and tiring.
