Activity Options creates customized activities, day programs and travel opportunities for Adults 18+ experiencing I/DD to discover or regain their personal power and health.
Adam’s Camp serves toddlers, children, youth, and adults with developmental delays or disabilities and their families. This program is not a match for those whose primary diagnosis is an emotional, behavioral, or psychiatric disorder.
Freedom through mobility. Adaptive Adventures provides progressive outdoor sports opportunities to improve quality of life for children, adults and veterans with physical disabilities and their families.
Denver Parks & Recreation (DPR) offers therapeutic programs for people with disabilities at any age. Through numerous leisure activities, Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialists (CTRS) and other DPR team members create opportunities to improve quality of life, foster independence and boost self-esteem.
Alexander Home Healthcare serves individuals with acute and long term care needs, as well as the pediatric and adult population with disabilities in Larimer, Weld and Boulder counties.
Pediatric in-home therapy including physical therapy, speech therapy, and occupational therapy. All for Kids Home Health care aims to help families of disabled and special needs as well has children fighting cancer.
The All-Stars Cub aims to provide first-class experiences for individuals with special needs that offer opportunities to have fun, stay active and meet new friends, all while giving their parents and caregivers a night of rest. The All-Stars Club works in partnership with local churches to host events and develop a volunteer base that is compassionate and energized about serving those with disabilities. Volunteers are the backbone of the ministry which allows them to provide these life changing programs and offer an incredible experience on an individual, 1on1 scale.
